Entries are limited to one entry per small business ABN, per email address. Multiple entries are not permitted. Must have a Sydney based small business which has been in operating for a minimum of two (2) years. Prize: There is one prize only of $50,000 of small business marketing, business coaching and mentoring from AiiMS, including: company logo design/refresh. 1 x Custom Designed and Developed Website. 1 x Website Hosting & Management package for 6 months. 1 x SEO package for 6 months. 1 x Google AdWords customised marketing strategy and management fee for 6 months, 1 x SEO package for 6 months. There is no cash prize alternative. The winner and the progress of their small business over the six (6) months will be documented and profiled on aiims.com.au and via its marketing platforms.
Schedule: Entries progressing to the short-listed stage will be notified via email on Friday 4th August 2017. Short-listed entries will be required to submit additional information by 5:00pm Friday 11th August 2017.
The final three (3) small businesses will be notified via email on Friday 18th August 2017.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By submitting a digital entry and entering the AiiMS Group competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
AiiMS is the promoter of this online competition. The competition invites Sydney based small business owners to submit a digital entry using the form by answering the question: ‘Tell us in 25 words or less, what would more than $50,000 worth of marketing, coaching and mentoring mean to your business?
Entrants are encouraged to provide a brief history of their business and the struggles in getting ahead and what winning the prize would mean to them.
Entrants must be the owner of a Sydney based small business with an ABN to be eligible for the prize. The business must be continually conducting operations for a minimum of two (2) years.
All details must be submitted in full, online, via the competition registration form found at www.digitaltoolbox.sydney website.
Only entries completed in full will be eligible.
All registrations must be completed in English.
Start date of the competition: 12/05/17 at 09:00am (AEST)
End date of the competition: 01/08/17 at 5:00pm (AEST)
Entries received outside of these dates and time will not be eligible.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by AiiMS and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant.
Validity of entries
All valid entries must be original and cannot have been used in any other competition similar or otherwise.
Entries will be judged by AiiMS judging panel and all decisions are final.
Rights and Permissions
Entrants must hold all the necessary rights and permissions relating to the content submitted in this competition and guarantee that there is nothing to prevent their participation or the use of their entries by AiiMS in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
Valid Entries must:
Entrants must declare that their entries do not violate any law and that their entry can therefore be freely distributed by AiiMS in relation to the competition.
Entrants must declare that they are in possession of all the necessary approvals for any person involved directly or indirectly in the production of competition entries.
AiiMS will not be held responsible for any failure on part of the entrant to comply with this clause.
Entrants grant AiiMS an unrestricted, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, modify and or adapt the response submitted in the entry, and the entry itself for any communication campaigns AiiMS deems appropriate, which may include media, case studies, social media, feature articles and other forms.
A copy of the entries will become property of AiiMS.
Change to, or cancellation of, the competition
In the event of force majeure or if circumstances so dictate, AiiMS reserves the right to change end dates, suspend, postpone or cancel the competition at any time and without prior notice; in this event, entrants will not be entitled to claim compensation in any form.
Acceptance of the rules
Participating in the competition implies full acceptance and observance of its rules outlined in these terms and conditions.
Evaluation and selection of winner
The winner of the competition will be judged by a selected panel of AiiMS management.
A short-list of small businesses will be selected to progress to the final stage.
The short-list of potential winners will be notified via email on Friday 4th August 2017.
Short-listed entries will be required to submit additional information by no later than 5:00pm Friday 11th August 2017.
The final three (3) small businesses will be notified of their progress via email on Friday 18th August 2017.
The final selection process is a face to face interview with AiiMS judging panel.
Interviews will occur between Monday 21st August and Friday 25th August 2017.
The winner will be notified by telephone on Friday 1st September 2017.
The judging panel will decide the winner based on the evaluation criteria outlined below and the judging panel will review each submission as they deem appropriate. The decision of the judging panel is final.
The evaluation criteria are as follows:
Relevance of the subject – 70 per cent
Necessity or need for the service – 30 per cent
The judging panel will select the winning entry based on the above criteria.
No further compensation will be paid in connection with the use of entries. Prizes are not transferable. There will be no prize substitutions other than those provided for in these terms and conditions. There will be no cash redemption.
Prizes will be awarded to the person (and small business) named in the entry.
If, for any reason, prizes cannot be awarded as stated in these terms and conditions, AiiMS reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or lesser value. There is no cash alternative.
Notification of winner
The winner will receive an electronic message with the results of the competition.
The decision of the judges’ panel is final. No further correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
AiiMS collects personal information (personal name, email address, address, phone number) only as part of the entry in order to conduct the competition.
By submitting an entry, entrants agree that AiiMS may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information collected from the entry for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes for the competition, for internet posts and/or for future communication activities by AiiMS.
AiiMS will not disclose personal information outside AiiMS it relates to law enforcement activities, an exception under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies, or it is required or authorised by another Australian law.
Waiver of confidentiality and consent to public disclosure
The competition is a matter of public record. If any entrant submits any confidential business information or personal information pertaining to themselves or their company, that person thereby waives any claims to confidentiality and thereby consents to public disclosure by AiiMS of their personal and business information, including posting on the Internet, of all such information they submit and its use for future communication activities. AiiMS accepts no responsibility for the disclosure of confidential information made in these terms and conditions.
By participating in the AiiMS competition, you declare that you have read and accepted the ‘Entrant Declaration’ below in its entirety:
I declare I have read and accepted the terms and conditions of participation as outlined in these terms and conditions in the AiiMS competition and have all the necessary permissions and rights for the submission of the information contained in my competition entry. I waive any claims to confidentiality and I consent to public disclosure by AiiMS of all such information including my personal information, which may be posted on the Internet and/or used for future communication activities by AiiMS.
I understand that information, once posted online may be accessed worldwide and AiiMS will not be responsible for any subsequent use or disclosure of that information.
I further agree to indemnify and hold AiiMS, its officers, employees and agents harmless from any and all claims, liability, loss and loss of benefits, costs and expenses, willful negligence, misconduct, acts or omissions, actions, causes of action, debts, claims and demands of any kind and nature whatsoever that I currently have or that may arise out of, or in connection with, or indirect or consequential with, my participation in the AiiMS competition. This indemnity will survive the term of the competition and will remain in perpetuity.
I grant AiiMS a licence in accordance with these terms and conditions to use, modify and/or adapt the idea submitted in the entry, and the entry itself.
My participation in the competition will not violate or breach any applicable laws.
